Fast and simple

Where are my tags and we did a smog last yr these are new plates and I haven’t received my call back.

It was relatively easy. I wish it would tell me when my next Smog check was due

Love that you can renew online and it was very easy! DMV is coming into the 20th century finally. The rub is the $29 service fee along with a $10 "convenience fee". That's another $40!! C'mon DMV, Really? Plus, $3 for standard shipping when they mail it to you anyway for less than $1 if you go to their office. Major consumer highjacking.

Too much fee to pay. It should be reduced fees to help the poor. System didn't work the first time after sending payment, it took second time to send payment again. It might be double charges on customers' credits. Please revise a system and reduce fees. Thank you,

I placed an order for an electronic e-mail registration and never received an e-mail with payment confirmation nor did I receive the e-mail registration that I paid for. For a student like myself every dollar is very important. I did not want to pay $5 for a service I was not going to receive.
