I paid 262 bucks for my renewal and my car was impounded for EXPIRED REGUSREGISTR????!!! 9 MONTHS AFTER I SEND MY MONEY MY CAR STILL WASN'T REGISTERED??? THATS A PROBLEM. NOW I I DON'T HAVE A CAR

Service fee and convenience fee? Vehicle registration fees themselves are a complete rip off and then you charge extra for online services? Complete garbage. p.s. I never receive my remind e-mail ever.

I could not see where, when and WHY I had parking/toll fees. I have never received a parking ticket nor have taken a toll road in California. I will be calling about this issue.

I completed all of my documents that I needed to register for my car at my home. I don't going through this process because the DMV no matter when or where you go is always busy. I renewed my registration at the dmv box at the supermarket, but never received my sticker or registration, It’s not fair that i have to pay extra to receive both the sticker and registration when it wasn’t my fault.

I paid the registration late with late fees on line but never got the tags and registration card. Now I am paying again. DMV needs to get down and fix your system. This sucks
