Ummm just the Easiest way to register. The email reminders are amazing and experience was seamless.

Why is there a $30 service fee and $8 convenience fee? That seems quite high and raises cost by $40 which doesn’t seem necessary or fair

The processing fees should be free. It a gov't service I pay for already... More reason why people are leaving California.

Processing fees are extremely expensive. I paid for the email confirmation of the registration renewal and was told after payment that I would not receive and email confirmation until my renewal registration shipped. What sense then does it make to offer an email confirmation for $5.00? I could have just choose same day service.

super easy to process. quick and painless...my only thing is it looks a lot like a government website so I was concerned the government was yet again charging me for something. But it clearly states it's a third party website. So basically I'm the dummy and if a dummy like me can breeze through this, the fee is well worth my time (I.e. 5 hours at the DMV the 29.99 is a small price to pay).

I never received my tags I paid my fees and got my smog but never received my tags

No Instructions for Email AND Shipping Method. There are no instructions saying that you have to select another shipping method other than email. I tried paying and had to talk to the support team to figure it out. I would think you would email me a copy I can print, and since I gave you my address, you would send me the tags. Very confusing at check-out.

Instructions are NOT clear, so it is necessary to talk to a chat. There is nothing that says you have to choose 2 categories, send via email & send through mail.
