Everything about them is sharp and efficient…Erica is my favourite representative, she is calm, responsive and attentive to details….my goods gets delivered in less than 5days most times… always love to work with them

Have been using cargo naija since 2024 and I have not experienced any kind of delay or miss item, I have once shipped on a Friday and I got it delivered by my door step the following Tuesday, the fact that I can ship 5kg alone gives me energy to always ship easily. Great company. First time I used them and it was an amazing experience. Told me it would take 10 days from Nigeria to UK but the package got to London in 3 days and got to my doorstep in 5 days. Talk about underpromising and overdelivering. Will use again.

Starting from customer service, they were so polite That was my first time shipping with them but got an amazing experience, not stressful. My package left nigeria on Friday and already got a message on Monday that it's in uk and I'll get it on Wednesday, because I wasn't going to be at home, I changed the delivery date to Friday and I got it intact at my door step I have also recommended the company to others.
