Cargo Naija delivers swiftly! I called Mr Ola with the details of my package. In four days, my goods were in Nigeria. He is friendly, patient and VERY EFFICIENT. He sorts issues out with expertise and patience. I would recommend Cargo Naija to anyone and I will still use their services for Nigerian deliveries!

Delayed delivery through misunderstanding and lack of communication on both sides. 6 bags sent via CargoNaija have not arrived in 3 months. NO response from Lagos nor Manchester office. Please tell me where are my goods sent from Liverpool UK to Lagos. Update bags left with the courier in Lagos, awaiting a phone call to their office. A further larger payment was required. Bags delivered.

Firstly label fell off parcel and it was just left in the office more than month to reach Nigeria only for phones and tablets and shoes to be missing from the parcel. Never using them again!

From start to finish, several cargo transfers from UK to 9ja (door to door delivery), air and sea deliveries - all seamless. No headache. Items ( 12 boxes) all arrived when they were supposed to. When there was a delay with the last boxes, Mr. Ola the UK contact didn't hesitate to call me. He kept me in the loop till items were delivered. No breakage, nothing missing. From Ola the main man in the UK- to Shaun, the gentleman who picks up the items from your location, to the logistics arm in Lagos- excellent. I won't hesitate to recommend Cargonaija to the world. Give them your items and go to sleep
