Carda Health

My counselor Jordan was instrumental in my progress. He understood the various roadblocks on my journey and was empathetic and accommodating in every way. His suggestions were spot-on! My stamina and recovery times have significantly improved since starting the program! I do feel that Carda could create more of a variety in the video exercises as they seem overly redundant. Overall I am pleased with my progress and have faith that it will continue in the next phase of the program. With that being said, you definitely need to put the work in to see desired results...you'll be glad you did!

They are very understanding about my health issues

Having the gym come to me two times a week has insured that I increase my physical activity and maintain a steady level of activity. I have noticed a better level of breathing. I am more focused on my breathing pattern and I have noticed a decrease in breathlessness when walking.

My EP Patrick J. was knowledgeable, attentive and supportive re my health journey. I appreciated his project manager skill set. When identifying a problem with the too large BP cuff, he ordered an appropriate smaller size. When I was unsuccessful reaching Billing, he sent them a note and I had my answer within an hour. He made the effort to send a report on my progress to my referring pulmonologist with whom I am meeting within a couple of days so we can have a fulsome discussion. A shout out to the entire team for their professionalism and enthusiasm.

First of all, I would like to say thank you to Lupe, my (CEP) for guiding me through this journey. Her encouragement and kind words were the motivation I needed to keep myself moving forward. Lupe is very knowledgeable and always made sure to monitor me very closely. I have been with Carda Health for 33 sessions, and I have seen great improvement in my BP, my balance, and my breathing. I sustain at a higher energy level and look forward to doing more activities, such as gardening. I feel so much better about myself and feel like a new person! I also want to say thanks to my coaches, Blake, Ceasar, and Gerald for their exercises. They have fantastic workout sessions. I have enjoyed them so much! Yes its true, but I'll give you my back story. In August of 2024, I had my second heart attack. My first, 7 yrs ago, resulted in 7 stents and my widow maker vessel to be rebuilt because of 2 blockages. 1 97%, 1 93%, just on that vessel. I'm lucky to be here. After that i was fine until my August heart attack. I had angioplasty to clear one of my stents. In November I started Carda Cardio Rehab with Anthony. From the start we hit it off, he's a pleasure and so professional. On 11/25/24 I was getting ready to start my rehab for that day. I had my heart monitor on and Anthony noticed my heart rate was low, in the 30s. He paused my session to see what was going on. My heart rate then started to go all over while I was sitting there. 140 down to 30s then up again, very erratic. Anthony kept me on screen while he called my cardiologist who said I should go to the hospital asap. Anthony, who lives in Texas, called the EMS here in Michigan. He stayed online with me until the ambulance came and explained to the EMS techs my history and what was happening at that time. After 2 weeks off, I was able to resume my rehab and can say I just finished my 36th session. Anthony was a Godsend to me, and now is a friend for life. I did normal rehab in a hospital after my first attack. I was concerned doing cardiac rehab virtually, what if something happened. Well, it did, and Anthony knew what to do, and I'm here to tell you about it. I would, and have recommended Carda Health to anyone. I continue to do the excercises i was taught, on my own, and have some family doing them also. Great program. Give Anthony a raise $$$ !

I went from barely getting by and on oxygen to no longer needing oxygen and moving better.

I have nothing but a raving good report for the Carda Health program. The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable. Lupe's directions have been clear and I appreciate how she has managed my needs with expertise. All of the exercise videos have been great. I would recommend this program to everyone.

Cassidy Q has been super helpful to me while I recover from a variety of surgeries in addition to my COPD, Asthma, and Pulmonary embolisms. She has tailored my sessions to my individual strengths and weaknesses throughout our relationship. She listens, she questions, and she presents me with alternatives whenever I have changes in my health. I have greatly improved my breathing, balance, strength, and overall health. I strongly recommend Carda Health, Cassidy, and each of my coaches (Blake, Caesar, and Gerald). My referring MD is also pleased.

What made my experience great were the exercises and how they are presented and how you followed me on my journey to get well and best of all was Kelly Ward who helped me through it all.
