I really like the Carda Health program.
It doesn't just help with my breathing, but it helps to keep my whole body in shape, because it uses the muscles that I don't normally use on day to day basis.
My main coaches are Gerald and Blake, and they are very helpful during my workouts.
My provider, which is Shannon J is a sweetheart of a gal, very friendly and very professional. She is also very helpful while she monitors my workouts.
She has stopped me a couple times when my oxygen dropped down and had me take a little break so it could raise back up.
I haven't finished the program yet, but I have done 25 sessions so far,
and I totally recommend this program to anyone that might be interested, but wasn't sure about it.
