I listed my bike on the free to sell site. Easy to use and it attracted a good amount of interest even though the bike is somewhat niche. A good site for the rarer and older machines. Couldn’t be happier.

Put car ad on, had loads of replies, and questions answered, after several viewings, a dealer came and, viewed, road tested, paid asking price, and drove car away. All very positive 2001 Citroen C5, V6, 1 owner, 36k

A brilliant site for anyone wanting to advertise there vehicle to a world audience. In my particular case my car was advertised on Car @ Classic with no cost to myself . An absolutely amazing site . Many thanks

This is the second time within the past 6 months I've sold a classic car through C&C, the last a lovely Rolls Royce went very quickly and to a good home. The Ad's are easy to set up and the messaging and notifications work well too.

As a buyer the whole process was straightforward and supportive. My one concern is the cost as a buyer especially when I know how much the seller had to pay.

Site works well. You rely on honesty of sellers , but generally it looks as though the majority are pretty bona fide. Auction process works well, and costs are reasonably well advertised. Few minor point pointed out to site admin on the finer details of payment procedure (eg although you are prompted to make early payment system will actually not accept payment in less than 24 - 48 hrs). Better than almost all the other "auction" type sites

This site is so easy to use and they work hard to get your advert noticed. I managed to sell my BSA Goldstar successfully using Car & Classic.

I quite enjoy the oldschool experience

I put my classic low mileage mint condition Porsche Cayman up for auction having paid for the photographer to visit and do his bit. I received a bid I was happy with and a few days later two Irish gentlemen turned up I assumed to collect the car. They took the car for a drive and promptly returned it and said they didn't want it. As this was my first experience of this I was took back but said o ok and they left. However, then while returning my car to its usual position it sounded like a bag of nails !! Short story is that they had broken one of the CATS and ran. I received no compensation and spent another £2K putting it right. After discussing this with the firm they agreed to do something about the fees if i were to put it back on, which I did. I received another bid although £2k less than the first I took it, expecting the reduced fees to go someway to make up the shortfall. Well the car finally got pick up without any trouble but full fees where taken, with the company saying o no we meant if you put another vehicle up with us we would look to give you a discount !!! Fuming !!! Aslo the winning bidders come to basically view the car again an dthen decide if they want it, it was my understadning that any viewings or questions were supposed to be done prior to putting a bid in certainly a winning one ! Its obvious this isn't made clear enough to winning bidders that they are purely meant to be picking the vehicle up, not viewing with other intentions. SO they earned £1600 out of me £800 out of the final winning bidder, and I'm £2k down on the sale priced and £2k down on the repairs. NOT GREAT WON'T BE USING THEM AGAIN ! AVOID IF I WERE YOU.

All the people who were interested were serious not tyre kickers trying to get the car cheap I had over a hundred watchers also at the end of the auction they kept extending the finish whilst the bidders were fighting over it which worked well for me the whole sale was really smooth

Used Car and Classics valuation. Surprised at how quickly the car sold. Very simple, very quick and easy. Would definitely use them again.

My buying experience was better than my selling. I found my dream car on Car and Classic but when I advertised my other car for sale, there was little interest. However the site is very good with lots of choice and the lady who discussed the sale was v helpful. Next step would be auction but it didn't come to that.

Excellent service from start to finish. The reserve wasn't quite met but I was happy with the outcome. The buyer was a really nice guy - he collected the car on Saturday and just texted me to say the car is great. Thanks again.

this is a great way to sell your cherished vehicle. Process was easy, photos were amazing, all i had to do is gather all the paperwork and help write the description. The C&C team were knowledgeable and always available and even though the vehicle didnt reach the reserve in the auction a post auction sale was agreed for a great price. the escrow arrangements made the collection of the vehicle by the buyer very safe. I have no hesitation in recommending Car & Classic for the sale of beautiful cars

Sold a LHD car with Car and Classic, advertised it on another well known site, didn't sell, but made 25% on car and classic and sold to a lovely chap in greece, great advice, customer service and definitely maximised the money I got, thank you car and classic.
