**Update: After corresponding with a contact for the company about this order, I agreed to amend my 1 star review if a bottle tag could be sent. The contact sent the tag via USPS; however, the tag failed to arrive prior to gifting. 2023 bottle was gifted out as a return and reship of the correct 2024 bottle would not happen in time for event where bottle was gifted. I am updating the review to a 3 star as an attempt was made to correct the error to a degree. The contact was responsive and did express a desire to correct the errors of this order.** Ordered a bottle of limited edition 2024 Maker's Mark, and received a 2023 bottle with no tag. This is not what I ordered at all. Too late to return and reorder, as this is being given as a gift.

False advertisement making it misleading for customers to thing the very small and expensive bottle is personalized when in reality is a handwritten paper card that says trump 45/47. Do NOT recommend this vendor at all, they are tricksters

Hello, I’m writing to retract an earlier comment made about a product I received. The condition of the product was in poor condition. I was contacted within a few days having emailed as well. Within a few days CanaWine replaced the product to 100% satisfaction! Thank you

Chose one day air shipping and paid a huge amount of $126 just for shipping to get one bottle of wine as I needed it urgently and then the bottle ended up arriving 8 days later. No update on status for 4-5 days, very difficult to reach their customer service to ask making me wonder if this was a scam and caused me unnecessary stress. After that, I wrote an email to complain about delayed shipping and poor customer service. It’s been a few weeks and nobody even bother replying. Very disappointed how they don’t care about customer at all. I bought 5 Caymus bottles directly from Caymus and the experience was day and night different. I got the wine the next day and they always keep me updated on the status. I would not work with this company again, as they simply don’t care. Edit: please reply to my complaint email. I want refund of my expedited shipping fee.
