Slow shipping, poor customer service and lack of communication
Chose one day air shipping and paid a huge amount of $126 just for shipping to get one bottle of wine as I needed it urgently and then the bottle ended up arriving 8 days later. No update on status for 4-5 days, very difficult to reach their customer service to ask making me wonder if this was a scam and caused me unnecessary stress. After that, I wrote an email to complain about delayed shipping and poor customer service. It’s been a few weeks and nobody even bother replying. Very disappointed how they don’t care about customer at all. I bought 5 Caymus bottles directly from Caymus and the experience was day and night different. I got the wine the next day and they always keep me updated on the status. I would not work with this company again, as they simply don’t care. Edit: please reply to my complaint email. I want refund of my expedited shipping fee.
