Superb service from Calor gas heaters - ordered a heater and received this 2 days later - every stage of the process was given by messages so I knew exactly at what stage the order was - also they used DPD who gave a 1 hour time slot for delivery.

After a lot of research I bought the 'Living Flame' heater from Calor Gas Heaters in South Shields on 28th January 2021, it was delivered a couple of days later and that same day I had a 15kg gas cylinder delivered. I called John Gray for advice this morning as it smells strongly of gas and doesn't produce much heat at all. He told me it was because the cylinder was nearly empty and to say he was curt and dismissive would be an understatement! I've had the cylinder 11 days and have used it on the low setting for a total of 30 hrs if that! Furthermore, I can hear its not empty. I've had a heater like this in the past so I do know how they work and back then my cylinder lasted three weeks on medium. Not impressed.

Product is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ...... But I wish I would have been notified I could not sign up for Calor Gas bottles anywhere in the UK, to actually use the heater, due to COVID 19!! WHY??? Furious would be an understatement, and I want to know why?? If anyone at Calor Gas cares enough about customer service, please contact me and restore my faith, and I will sing from the highest mountain how amazing you are ..... right now, I can’t help but feel duped🤦‍♀️
