Absolut unterirdischer Support

Absolut unterirdischer Support. Ich zahle monatlich. Ich werde das Geld jetzt über das Amtsgericht zurückfordern. Ich habe auch den Verbraucherschutz heute kontaktiert. Seit Monaten klage ich nachweislich, dass keine Erinnerungen per SMS rausgehen. Keine Hilfe, kein Support. Leute sucht euch einen anderen Anbieter. Wirklich das ist die reinste Katastrophe. Das ist der schlimmste Anbieter in Sachen Kalender, den ich jemals gesehen habe.

Don't respond to customer support emails

These used to be a good company. I have been unable to log in to my account because I had to rapidly change my work emails due to a hack. Needless to say I forgot to change my Calendly email at the time and now I can't log in. Because I can't log in I can't access the live chat so have had to email. Sent at least 3-4 emails over the last few days and nothing. My subscription is due for renewal in a month but if I don't get any resolution by the end of next week I will be asking the credit card company to block the call on the funds. Appalling service when you really needed it

What a great product, what inadequate tech support

What a great product; what horrible service. I spent 1.5 hrs trying to self-diagnose my problem, much of that time trying to get a live agent, not a bot. Then that agent spent 3 hr with an abandoned the chat in the middle of dealing with my issue, claiming I had been gone for over 4 minutes, nope it less than that. Now I'm in 6 hours into working with 2 agent and they just keep trying the same attempts over an over. My request to escalate the matter were ignored. Another company that pays its employees to get rid of it's customers. What a shame because when the product works, it's a huge time save but if I have to lose a whole day of work to fix glitches, that's too steep a price.

Der Jahresbeitrag wurde mit 7 Monate in Folge abgebucht. Insgesamt satte 1.257,45$. Als ich das Calendly-Team informiert habe, dass sie einen Fehler gemacht haben wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass keine Rückbuchungen möglich sind. Absolute Frechheit!

It has been happening couple of months…

It has been happening couple of months already. I am in CET time zone, all my client are, but when I schedule 9:30 am call, their invitation says 4:30. It wasnt problem before. Another issue..I have preset time meeting for 50 minutes, still the same meeting is scheduled only for 30 mins. The app is getting worse, I am seriously thinking to switch to another one.

Frustrating New UI

Frustrating New UI – A Step Backwards! I’ve been using Calendly for a long time, but the recent UI changes are a huge downgrade. The new design limits the viewing space, making it incredibly difficult to review and correct scheduling details. I’ve already made errors because I couldn’t see all the necessary information at once. Additionally, there are way too many extra clicks to perform simple tasks that were previously seamless. Instead of improving efficiency, these changes have made scheduling more frustrating and error-prone. Please bring back a more user-friendly design!

A critical part of our business toolset

We use Calendly to manage bookings between our clients and our consultants (e.g. for workshops or skills assessments), and of course for sales, recruitment, and other types of bookings. The simple booking experience makes this easy for our clients, and the great reporting/integration options lets us access the data we need quickly to keep our team on track. The time and stress saved by being able to trust Calendly as our booking tool makes it one of our most important tools.

Please return the calendar view on the App

It would have been a 5 but the recent changes on the App which removes the ability to view the calender limits my enjoyability of use. As a visual person I would love to see if I have blocked out dates correctly. Without this functionality, I use my website now to look.it would be great if this was put back.

Calendly is a life and time saver. I loathe going back and forth over email about availability. It makes my work life so much easier and gives my meeting attendees to pick THEIR best date/time based off my calendar.
