We needed some hard-to-find bricks in a hurry and Will and the team at Building Materials were the only people that could even remotely help in time. We couldn't believe our luck. They went out of their way and kept us in the loop at all times, and got them too us right on time and at very short notice. Amazing service and a lovely touch from owner Phil who personally emails all new account holders with a welcome. Can't rate highly enough.

What a great company. Simple as that. I had a few questions regarding an order and all were answered quickly and efficiently by Matt cooper. I also had a issue with stock availability on some blocks but again Matt managed to sort this out for me with no problems. Overall a great company with friendly and professional customer services. Really good company to deal with. Dealt with an extremely helpful account manager (Pam), who sorted me out with a quote and got all my items delivered as promised. Look forward to dealing with them again.

I've made 2 purchases with them in the same month , same site delivery and same sort of materials. First delivery all good Second delivery wasn't , customer service sent out a different lorry who couldn't get in the loading bay cause height restriction. Well I asked to send out the first driver who knew everything about the site access. Bottom line, they said the materials won't be delivered anymore but they charged me 94.86 . Instead admit they were wrong,They decided to lose a customer who spend 5000 monthly for materials.

Paid for thermalite blocks only to be told none in stock and I would have to pay extra if I wanted some 😡😡😡
