Had exactly the item I needed!

Goods delivered as expected, very professional communications, happy customer. Will definitely used them again.

Had the wrong items delivered 3 times in a row, with delivery driver showing up at my address all 3 times with zero notice, and after over a month I'm still waiting for the items I ordered to be delivered. Supplier said they delivered what was ordered (even though I reported to the driver that the order was wrong every single time, and even refused to sign), they blame it on the supplier and I'm left right in the middle of it. My project has been delayed, I didn't get the missing items refunded and I now have to spend extra money to go shop elsewhere for the items I already paid for in the first place. Nightmare experience.

Delivery said 2-3 days so was expecting delivery Thursday/Friday but booked in for Monday. Terrible communication and I’ve had to chase for updates constantly with no response from your team or call backs even though these have been promised. Very disappointed

What I needed at a fair price. Hope delivery is good!

I placed an order for bricks, turns out after meeting the criteria for free nationwide delivery, I get a call telling me it’s another £239 for the delivery because the bricks are in a yard not close to London. Free national delivery means anywhere in England, I don’t live in the suburbs that is difficult to access.

All good, overall. Good service and reasonable quick delivery, just for big orders (above a 1K) delivery charges are too expensive,in my opinion.

Wellllll, you would have had 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact your poor delivery driver was having a nightmare unloading my order because it wasnt banded properly. Whomever packed the 4.8m lengths x 25 banded them with some very slim flimsy stuff which snapped and the guy had to offload the whole thing by hand. Apart from that the whole experience was great and im chuffed with your service just your packers need a word lol xx

Odered on Monday and next got confimation mh order will be out on the Friday, can't ask for any better.

AVOID!!! Now ignoring emails. I live down south and they tried delivering to Newcastle. Then nearly 2 weeks later I am told it being delivered today the 19th yet yesterday when I asked about a time I get a text saying its now 22nd. When I email obviously frustrated they ignore me. Taken time off work & had to pay additional scaffolding due to there delay and yet they wouldn't refund the delivery charge to compensate for all the wrong doings and now just ignore me. Useless company.

I have dealt with building materials nationwide for a few years and cant fault them always very helpful and easy to deal with. i have a good relationship with Tom, Brad, Steve, Pam and Josh to name a few. overall a great company would highly recommend

Just been informed that the composite decking tiles I ordered can’t be delivered to Northern Ireland. Very disappointed.

The items I ordered was showing on the website however once order placed I had an email after they took payment saying they weren’t available
