After having placed an order, there was a supply chain issue due to availability of materials. Tom contacted me the day after I'd placed the order to confirm the issue, offered me a better alternative at the same price I'd already paid and confirmed the delivery date. The two delivery couriers were friendly, helpful and professional. Will definitely use Building Materials in future.

As a new customer, my latest order represented the second I had placed with Building Materials Nationwide in the last 2-weeks and I cannot fault the level of service received on both separate occasions - exceptional and totally faultless. After placing both orders online, I was immediately contacted by a representative to either arrange delivery or offer an alternative product. As a non-trade customer, but enthusiastic DIYer, I was amazed by the obvious and genuine desire to help and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure full customer satisfaction (quite a different and refreshing experience to that received from some Trade Counters of other suppliers). In respect of my last order, Bradley was a real star; after identifying the items ordered were not available in my Postcode, he took the trouble identify an alternative, keeping me fully in-the-loop throughout. In sum, I cannot fault the service I have received from Building Materials Nationwide so much so I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending to family, friends and colleagues, they will certainly be my go-to supplier going forward.

Perfect Product Delivered on time Definately use again

so far so good, brilliant comunication and ordering experiance. bricks are due to be delivered tomorrow so finger crossed the experiance carrys on being brilliant.

This is my second order though this supplier and I am still awaiting details of delivery. The products were on a 2-3 working day delivery that’s now been and gone and I am none the wiser as to when my products will arrive. Communication on delivery is terrible. My first order I made I had to email to ask when things were coming and one item had been delivered before I got a response. Would advise to go elsewhere. Update 21/2 Building materials were delivered today but I wasn’t aware as I am not contactable via phone during my working hours. Luckily they were delivered without me needing to confirm it but completely agree customers need to know what their delivery date is to allow them to make arrangements for delivery. On that basis I have revised my star rating.

Had a quite a few deliveries from these guys over the years now. I have always found Mark, Matt and Kwende to be very efficient with great communication. On the rare times there has been a problem or mistake with a delivery, they have sorted it quickly and kept me informed on progress. Definitely recommended.
