The driver who delivered my order was fantastic ,he went way above and beyond as building materials nationwide neglected to include my house name on the invoice and the road that it is in is 4 miles long. Communication with the company was good, order arrived a day later than expected. Good price ,would recommend and use again.

Most of the plasterboards delivered were broken. I wouldnt mind if 2-3 of them are broken but received 12 broken plasterboards which really put me back on my project

Responsive customer support, calling to confirm delivery dates and chasing the supplier when the wrong quantity of cement arrived. The major selling point was that I was able to buy building materials, as a DIYer, at a discount over my local builder's merchant who ultimately delivered my order.

Excellent communication and advice regarding some compatibility issues in the items I ordered. Wyatt was fantastic in suggesting alternatives. Order delivered on day requested. Will certainly place further orders as much more straightforward and pleasant to deal with than the local merchants!!
