Bad Experience
Firstly paid for an item to be next day delivery and it did not arrive next day. However...then the item came and was described as a 'double Seal' drain cover. When it arrived it did not look like it had two seals so I enquired with the seller, and the manufacturer (with product code). This was a Friday and did not get a response as it was late so had to fit the item as it needed to be in place. On Monday the manufacturer confirmed it was a single seal unit (so not as described online). I contacted the seller and they have basically ignored me since- not reply to my emails after I complained. Not great as I has fitted the unit and had to take it out and fit the correct one from a different supplier.

Order was supposed to be next day but took over 10. Was encouraged to spend more for free delivery and a free snickers water bottle. Had free delivery but told in message I had to spend the extra money on work clothes and not tools. Nowhere did it mention this when I placed order. Happy with the product but not the promises.

Dx delivery didn't turn up
Ordered product Wednesday paid next day delivery, 2 days later still hadn't received delivery, spoke to someone on the phone said its still showing as in their delivery depot said they'll get back to me but didn't. Waiting til Monday afternoon still hadn't turned up so ask for refund which they did very quickly. So only negative was delivery issue which I guess not build plumbs fault but it was the not getting back to me which was frustrating as needed to product for the weekend to do the job, ended up buying from Toolstation on the Saturday morning.

Good value and great service
Ordered a Ball Float and Bottom Inlet Float Valve with adjustable arm which were competitively priced and despatched very quickly. Unfortunately the adjustable arm was missing from the sealed pack - the manufacturers, not Build and Plumb's error. Liam at Build and Plumb was extremely helpful and a replacement was despatched very promptly. As I have said in the review title .. great service.
