Bad Experience

Firstly paid for an item to be next day delivery and it did not arrive next day. However...then the item came and was described as a 'double Seal' drain cover. When it arrived it did not look like it had two seals so I enquired with the seller, and the manufacturer (with product code). This was a Friday and did not get a response as it was late so had to fit the item as it needed to be in place. On Monday the manufacturer confirmed it was a single seal unit (so not as described online). I contacted the seller and they have basically ignored me since- not reply to my emails after I complained. Not great as I has fitted the unit and had to take it out and fit the correct one from a different supplier.

Unprofessional

Despite a text saying my order was ready had to wait 15 - 20 mins whilst a rather disgruntled employee had to get the goods from the back of the warehouse. He was helpful in the end but got the feeling I’d upset his afternoon. Not his fault I guess as clearly no one told him about the order he knew nothing about. Whilst waiting all I heard was F this and F that from the other worker whilst he spoke to what seemed to be other regular customers. I swear as much as anyone but I would expect a certain level of behaviour by company employees! Very unprofessional all round.
