It didn’t arrive and after several weeks it’s not going to happen realistically ?? After numerous emails and promises of a replacement or refund, nothing has arrived PHIL has no interest in customer service issues CONSIDERING THIS IS JT DOVE an established company that I have dealt with and trusted for years It’s unbelievable that you have 702 neutral and negative feedback reviews on eBay Hopefully Mark Irving is made aware of the poor performance of his customer service team especially PHIL (waste of space) Looking forward to a response
