next-day delivery (what a joke)
I made an order for next-day delivery, paying extra to ensure that I had the items for the next day, but unfortunately, my package arrived a day later than expected. I emailed the company informing them what had happened, and asking for a refund for my next-day delivery charge, I haven't heard anything from the company and I still haven't received a refund.

Website is easy to navigate. Very good price for the jacket. Ordering process straight forward. Order listed as despatched within 7 working days. No further communication so I called on day 6 for an update and was informed the jacket usually takes up to 10 days. The order was sent in 11 days.

Be aware
Be aware that if you buy Kartel products from this company your contract seems to be not with Build and Plumb but with Kartel, the manufacturer, who have the worst customer service. If their customer has issues, instead of stepping up like they should Build and Plumb can only ineffectually suggest you buy another while they try and sort it out, refer up or promise to get back to you and don't. I have given 2 stars instead of 1 as after months (holding up our build) and many, many phone calls Build and Plumb finally responded as they should have in the beginning
