Ordered an 'in stock' product. Received a dispatch notification the day after order (as expected). I call them a few days later when nothing arrives, I was advised that the product hadn't actually been dispatched because it wasn't in stock, I was given assurances that they now had the product in stock and it would be shipped for delivery the next day. Call the next day, still not going to be delivered. They did then refund immediately when requested...

Decking oil arrived 2 days afterβ¦
Decking oil arrived 2 days after delivery date promised which meant days leave taken for nothing. When it finally did arrive the box was badly damaged and tin was dented. The delivery driver said it was down to very poor packing. Not impressed π‘

Great dispatch time
Great dispatch time. Tap I ordered was damaged slightly when I received them. I Contacted the team and they ,after uploading some photos to them,quickly agreed to an exchange and for a royal mail collection of the damaged ones. a replacement was literally with me a couple of days after.Overall, a really good experience. Would recommend this company without hesitation.
