All in all, great price, shocking delivery times and badly packed
Build and plumb had the ronseal decking oil 5 lt can advertised at a great price. I ordered four cans and chose the pay Β£9.99 next day delivery. This was on a Friday around 2.30. The first two cans arrived on the following Wednesday. I spoke to customer service and received an apology as this sometimes happens. The delivery company split the orders and may deliver on different days. As for the next day delivery I was offered a refund. The next two cans turned up on the Friday! That's seven days from placing my order. The refund came through on the same day. Only Β£5 refunded. As for the four cans of oil, all four packed in very thin cardboard boxes and very dented and misshaped. So all in all, great price, shocking delivery time and badly packed.
