Liam at Build & Plumb was a great help
I had an issue with an order (no fault of Build & Plumb) and dealt with Liam who was great. I can't fault the way he dealt with the situation and resolved it, honestly the best customer service I've ever experienced. Build & Plumb don't let him go anywhere and Give him a raise!

Just what I wanted and good service
Have been looking for a joint that would join a 68 mm pipe to a 40 mm pipe for sometime and had no success touring the local builders and plumbers merchants, Then fortunately found the Build and Plumb website with exactly what I wanted. Was promptly posted and does the job perfectly.

Wouldnβt bother with again
Parcel badly packed, lost half its contents. Emailed straight away but no response for two days. Response was abrupt with no apology asking for photos. Given refund as all items were suddenly out of stock even though website still had stock available.
