You will see my recent complaint below. So eventually the skirtings arrived without the profile. Called up told the warehouse manager has sent it to the wrong address. Oh great well that doesnβt help as we have a joiner coming on Monday. Are you going to pay for the joiner to return and fit. The delivery price is a lot which I donβt mind paying for a good service but itβs been shocking. I actually wish i had read the reviews before I purchased as itβs been an absolute disgrace. This order was put in with plenty of time. Itβs states itβs in stock but we get the excuse we need to get this direct from company so why are you saying itβs in stock then. Honestly avoid there is better companies and suppliers out there with less stress and hassle. Take your money elsewhere where. There solution we will just refund you the profile after waiting over 2 weeks.
