Det är väldigt bra och säkert att köpa biljetten via ert kontor.

I booked a flight ticket for four people from Istanbul to stockholm for around 11000 SEK which I also paid 325 SEK for each ticket to make it refundable. Also they didn't offer any checked-in baggage and I had to pay around 500 SEK for each baggage (in total 6 baggage wich will be around 3000 SEK). and when I wanted to cancle and ask for refund they gave me 5700 SEK voucher instead of paying my money back which is not fair for the passangers while baggages are non-refundable and they only pay 90% of your money after not considering the amount of money you paid for baggage and insurance and everything. This is not a professional way and I don't recommend Bravofly to anyone. I really recommend to buy from the main airlines. I really felt I got scammed. The costomer service was also very poor and not helpful at all. The rules written in the website are devious and they offer the ticket very cheaper than main websites but they get more expensive until you get to check out since you need to pay for every small thing. Specially paying 325 SEK for making the ticket refundable and in the end getting a voucher as a refund. This is not fair.

Additional charges were added to our ticket fair which was promptly removed by the operator

Går ej att boka incheckat bagage på hemresan utan instrueras att gå in på hemsidan för att få en offert. Går ej att boka sittplatser utan uppmanas att gå in på hemsidan och ha önskemål begär där rad 1 får offert på rad 5 och en total offert för 1 incheckat bagage en väg och sittplatser på 160eur. Skurkar!!!
