Great variety of hair accessories with so many colours to choose from. Nicely packaged and quick delivery

I have been using Bowtastic for a long time now, in particular for my granddaughters school bows and headbands and clips (purple and white) though I also order her other items particularly at Christmas, Halloween and Easter. The items are all extremely well made and last forever (more likely to be lost!). Delivery is fast and the items are extremely well/wrapped and packaged. I highly recommend them.

Ordered school bobbles from the black range only for 4 of the items to turn up dark grey. I emailed straight away as everything else ordered was black just these 4 and was told they were charcoal and if I wanted to send them back it would be at my own cost. So £3.95 for postage and then a 20% restocking fee. This would cost more than my items. I had a look on the website as I couldn't quite understand how I managed to order grey when I was in the black category and anything dark grey is in both the black and the grey categories. Totally false advertising for the colour. There is no pink in the red section or baby blue in navy/royal blue so I don't understand why it is there. So I am left out of pocket and need to replace these elsewhere as they don't go with the uniform. Won't be ordering again, there seems to be great customer service as long as nothing is wrong with the order. I wish I could add a photo to show the comparison of colour between the correct black items and the grey.

Fast delivery and really well made, durable material and has every colour to match outfits/uniforms, we will be definitely ordering again soon for our winter bobbles

I've been looking at ordering from Bowtastic for a good while but everytime I'd be ready to check out, something needed doing or one of my children would shout me and then I'd forget... I placed my first ever order 2 weeks ago as my daughter is starting school in September so I wanted some school bows. I placed an order on the 10 for £10 offer, plus a couple of extras... when my order was delivered last week, I couldn't wait to open it and when I did, I was soooo impressed 🤩 they're all AMAZING!! Family members were blown away by how lovely they were and when anyone asks, I will definitely be telling them where to get their bows! I'm amazed by the quality and I can't thank you enough for my order, it's perfect and my little girl cannot wait to wear them! 😍 I would 1000% recommend this business 👌🏼

I have bought a selection of bows and hairbands from Bowtastic as a gift for my niece as she starts school in September and I wanted them to match her new school uniform.
