Very pleased with the product. Looks very smart, great finish and easy to assemble. Only "problem" I had was the complete lack of information on when my order might arrive.
Good delivery and packaging, product a little less well made than others (slats are stapled on the back rather than routed from the front for example) but good value for money

Good product delivered as promised. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for, perfect oak veneered grill panels for a radiator cover. Lovely grain shows through in the product when finished with clear hard wax oil.
We are very pleased with both radiator cabinets we ordered. The quality of the finish is good and arrived within time quoted. There was a delay with couriers who promised delivery by 6 pm but let us down. The next day we contacted Booths and they chased it for us but no apology from the courier. We would recommend the products and would order again

I needed a fretwork screen for my boiler cupboard door to replace a damaged old one but was unable to find one in stores. I found Booths online and rang them. Having told them what I needed they sorted it all out, I paid and a few days later my panels arrived, very well packaged, and fitted perfectly. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their products.

Excellent quality and very helpful when contacted by phone
They were very helpful in making a custom sized radiator cover and getting it delivered quickly for me. My item was extremely well packaged so no fear of it getting damaged in transit. It was well made and the spray finish was very nice. Because they cut out the panel slots with a laser I had to wait a couple of weeks for the burning smell to dissipate before installing it. The company usually keep them for a couple of weeks before sending them out so my fast delivery wasn't really necessary. Overall I was happy with the product but because I only became aware of the burning smell when I opened the packaging and I felt that they should have informed be beforehand I have omitted one star. If they had informed me I would have happily given them 5 stars.
