They were very helpful in making a custom sized radiator cover and getting it delivered quickly for me. My item was extremely well packaged so no fear of it getting damaged in transit. It was well made and the spray finish was very nice. Because they cut out the panel slots with a laser I had to wait a couple of weeks for the burning smell to dissipate before installing it. The company usually keep them for a couple of weeks before sending them out so my fast delivery wasn't really necessary. Overall I was happy with the product but because I only became aware of the burning smell when I opened the packaging and I felt that they should have informed be beforehand I have omitted one star. If they had informed me I would have happily given them 5 stars.
