Such a shame, i would say a worst provider a worst system. Thousands of students facing challenges while booking appointments, facing challenges is a wrong word to use because you didn't allow them to book. Just shameless people

Poorest and fully compromised services , they sale appointments to poor nations rather than giving them a fair chance to book online appointments. They have links with embassy officials and pre book all for agents which further supply the visa appointments in black market. its a common perception among thousands of Pakistani students applying for study visas for which they need admission.

In Pakistan BLS sell Italy study appointments to agents for the black market and the students who got admissions in the universities are in no man's land. The official fees of appointment is around 11000 PKR, while agents sell it for a range of 6 lac to 10 lac pkr per appointment. Someone should look into this, so that the future of thousands of students should be secured from this Mafia.

Staff must be customer or user friendly. Yes center remain busy but it doesn't means that people become sarcastic. You are face of Spanish embassy and customer facing organization. You can't be rude or arrogant. But I experiance it not only today but on the day I came to submit my visa application. So I finally decided to write here. Need to work on soft skills of the workers.

I paid 2 times for my passport certificate still it’s not delivered yet after 3 months Worst service
