We stood as walk-in more than 3 hours and nobody bothers to tell us until 1 PM which was closing time so we all lined up people went in office and given baseless explanation about premium lounge services and finally we were told no walk in today, Really you don't have proper management to inform lined up people for hours and nobody bothers to let us know whether we will be taken in or not ? and after 3 hours you say no walk in today, Ridiculous management and harassments. BLS Brampton has negative ratings

I visited the BLS centre today with my son and I was assisted by JM. She helped us in filing my sons forms and was very helpful.
Waited 5 hours even after I booked an appointment a week before and got charged 60 dollars extra for no reason.
