Mistreatment of staff
Staff must be customer or user friendly. Yes center remain busy but it doesn't means that people become sarcastic. You are face of Spanish embassy and customer facing organization. You can't be rude or arrogant. But I experiance it not only today but on the day I came to submit my visa application. So I finally decided to write here. Need to work on soft skills of the workers.
