I was given a necklace as a gift but the chain was too short. I contacted Bloom Boutique via their website and they sorted out an exchange, free of charge and quick postage. The new chain was perfect and the necklace is a beautiful keepsake from a close friend.

I was gifted a necklace and unfortunately it had a broken chain. I contacted bloom boutique and they immediately sent a replacement and a paid for return label via Royal Mail. No quibbles and sent it to me not my friend who gifted the item as I didn’t want to tell her it was broken. Love this company for being so understanding! Thank you. X

Jewellery not fit for purpose. Issues raised with customer services who offered a blanket response. Thank you for your response Chris, but I have been in touch with customer services regarding this issue. I wouldn’t leave a negative review without going via the proper channels first.

Firstly, excellent initial delivery and the product was lovely. Then, another order, which when ‘messed up’ by the mail service, customer service at Bloom Boutique sorted my problem with speed and sympathy.

Due to my mistake when ordering i was contacted to check. A massive thank you. I can not express how amazing this service is! But then when the necklace came i was blown away by how beautiful it was. Will definitely be ordering more for my friends, family and myself. Highly recommend.

Fast response to my query.

The agents who dealt with my issue regarding a piece of jewellery I bought, they were helpful and understood and the replacement will be sent to me when it has been personalised and the process was completed in good time as I received a response to this the next day by email. I would use them again to buy their lovely jewellery.

I struggle with cheap metal but this I can wear and wear, my three daughters wear their jewellery daily, they have young children and it’s held the test of time. I accidently made a repeat order and they very kindly offered me a refund so I could buy something else from them however I’ve decided to keep it, being a small business I don’t want to put that pressure on them, that’s due to their kindness, consideration and the fact their jewellery is so lovely and lasts. I would choose Bloom Boutique over other very well known brands for its quality and wearability.

I received a necklace as a gift a few years ago, I’ve been looking at replacing this necklace but noticed the exact style was no longer on the website. I sent a message to the Instagram page and they managed to speak to the production team who said they would still be able todo the exact necklace for me. They have been super helpful and really accommodating. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Lauren was so helpful in finding the item I needed even though it had been discontinued, my daughter and I had searched for the bangle without success. Unfortunately I lost my daughter to cancer 2 weeks ago, it now means I have a bangle with both my children and grandchildrens birthstones. A very quick delivery too.

I’ve ordered from bloom boutique before and have always had a positive experience with them and the jewellery. I had an issue this time ordering where I contacted them by email to say I had accidentally ordered the same personalised necklace by mistake and asked if they could cancel one order. Within the same day I got a very fast reply by email and the issue was sorted straight away. I also got a refund a couple days later.
