I'm an active trader that uses about 5-10 different exchanges daily, so I know what I'm talking about. Bitmart is a total trash bin! I would not recommend it to anyone! Sometimes you have to wait 4-6 hours to receive a token, while it takes 1-2 minutes on all other exchanges. Alsom quite often the withdrawal is not beeing processed for hours and you can't even cancel it yourself without reaching out to support (only by email). Overall Bitmart is awful in all the aspects. Bitmart team should be ashamed for the product and level of services they are offering.

Beware of this company ! They are highly manipulative, After been lured to make a huge deposit they won't let me withdraw my money or issue a refund . Since April 23, 2025, BitMartproo.com customer service suddenly stopped responding to my issues. How can a company operate without a responsive customer service department? I need an active customer service contact phone or link immediately.

I don’t know if Bitmart Pro and Bitmart are the same but I’ve been ripped off thousands of dollars can’t even call. They won’t answer. Won’t reply to emails won’t reply to text is a big problem.

I went to do a withdrawal. It worked just fine. Small money, so of course no problem. I went to withdraw $3k about a month later. The money vanished after it said transaction complete. I reached out to customer service. They said, thank you and we will look into this and get back to you. I have left 2 other messages with them over 24 hours after the initial request. No response since the initial response and no money in my account. This is a scam. My friend just lost $30k to them because they did the same thing to her. There customer service is crap, stay away and run fast. Do not invest at all with this company.

BitMart locked me out for weeks making me jump through hoops to prove who I am and when finally I managed to get access to my account all my funds were gone. Zero balance. Over 25 000 USDT stolen. I am a widow. This was inheritance. This exchange needs to be investigated. It can be proven that I did not withdraw those funds. I also have all the emails from weeks of trying to get access to my assets, only to find someone stole them. And please don't tell me you care and I must open a ticket BitMart. It has been a hellish experience dealing with BitMart. BEWARE they are not to be trusted. Investigation. This reply from Bitmart is their standard kind of reply. It means nothing. Bitmart robbed me. They are trying to deflect so people on Trust Pilot think they are helping. I was locked out by them and robbed. BEWARE!!!

This website has locked my account and doesn't want to unlocked it as I have already verified my account with legal documents and also with legal token transfer exchange. Send an email its been already 3 Months hasn't got any reply at all
