Everything is good quality and the parcel arrived very quickly the only problem was with the box of lahmacun… it was extremely squashed and the top lahmacun was stuck on to the lid even though after it was defrosted! However the rest that wasn’t stuck was very tasty 😋 thanx

Fast and nicely packed shipping. Nice product quality. A bit pricy compared local groceries in West Midlands but definitely is a good opportunity to get these unique goods.

I have made several purchases from this store. Great products, customer service is very good too. If would be great products were more described as to how to prepare them, like for example my favourite Tarhana soup - it would be great if product describtion featured some kind recipe or how to prepare it? There are many products on their site which are unknown to me and I would like to try them but not sure how to consume them and how to prepare them. Thank you.

Overall, it was a good experience and the food range is good but lots of stuff is out of stock. There is also a slight delay for delivery. But I will come back to shop again.

Good customer service and fast delivery.

I live up in the North West of England, moved here from Manchester, my Turkish food shopping days were over. Been holidaying in Turkey for over 30 years & you cannot help it - you not only fall in love with the country & the people, you become obsessed with the food! It started off me looking for Turkish Extra Virgin Olive Oil, I found a place in Turkey who press theirs & sell it thru a shop in London. Couldn't believe the price so I purchased 5L. It arrived the next day. Mailshot I received offered £5 off shopping which equated to free p&p so I made an order. Filled my virtual basket, one order was a spinach & Feta cheese wheel a cigar shaped pastry rolled round, round continued until the size of a 12" pizza. Goods arrived, opened & I noted the insulated bag which caused panic and disappointment because it must mean the Feta cheese pastry has defrosted? & ruined - I was wrong. The Feta & Spinach wheel had been packed in an insulated bag containing an ice pack. Though defrosted it was cold. Treating it like a pizza I cut out a triangle as you would a pizza slice & put into my air fryer- 20 mins later, perfection! And it was just the flavour I love. Stuffed aubergines, vine leaves, amazing bread - thanks to Best Grocery I had a day of memories as well as remembering great food. People of Best Grocery have welcomed me to their community which is a wonderful in itself. A disability affects my mobility which means I am no longer able to travel to Kalkan & Fethiye are of Turkey any more so now, with the best of ideas, with the help of Best Grocery - I bring Turkey to me!

Ordered multiple items to make up the minimum order of £20.00. The order after a few days was cancelled by “Best Grocery” with an email stating that they did not have items in stock. I was refunded the money.

Really efficient. Once ordered everything came really quickly in freezer bags with ice. Excellent service. Would definitely use them again.

This is not a direct criticism of best grocery but I have tried to contact them and heard nothing so it does impact my experience. DHL delivered the order late and lied about delivering on time and said I had signed for it when I hadn’t. Therefore when the order arrived everything had gone off and I had to bin majority of my purchase as it was all perishable .
