I have to say I think Best grocery now became the number 1 Turkish online grocery shop in UK for us. Amazing, secure packaging, great customer service and very reasonable prices. When they add vegetable section to their online store i think we will no longer need Tesco, Asda, Aldi,etc....We can have what we want from this online store. Thanks for all their efforts.

Great personal service.

Great service! Things weren’t totally clear on the delivery restrictions due to using DPD. Orders from Thurs-Mon will only be processed for delivery on the following Tuesday to avoid having perishables in a warehouse over the weekend. This is entirely sensible and they explained it very clearly when queried. Other than this misunderstanding it would have been 5 stars.
