Found Berls by accident when our contractor bailed last minute on a part for the water heater. Called around 3pm Thursday, talked to a guy named Lennie — really calm, knew his stuff. He made sure the valve shipped same day. Not a flashy store, but they clearly care about getting you what you need, fast.

Very easy to navigate and order! Also, the quickness of the standard shipping was shocking. Ordered it on a Friday and it was here three days later on Monday.

Product (hand soap dispenser) came as described, on time. Soap valve did not work, had to use one of my spares to get it going. Disappointing, for what we paid for it all should work. Update: Berl's contacted me, apologized (even though it was the manufacturer's fault) and had the manufacturer send me a new soap valve. Amazing customer service! Thank you.

We had a mishap from the vendor Bradley on a paper towel/trash receptor. One of the units was shipped out without the trash receptor. I contacted Berl's and spoke with Martina. She very apologetic and was on it with the vendor Bradley to overnight the trash receptor. We were in crunch mode due to a final inspection on April 30th,2025 so the doctor's office could move in on May 1st,2025. When Bradley did not respond timely Martina and her staff sent out the trash receptor overnight. Job completed on time inspection today April 30th,2025. Berl`s customer service is excellent.
