We were very disillusioned with estate agents in general when we got around to trying Bear. What a revaluation they were! Rob, George and Sydney were fantastic from start to finish, and did exactly what they promised. They got our property sold, and made it a stress free process. Thanks guys.

Bear made the selling process so straightforward from start to finish. I had a bad experience with the previous agent but had no reason to be worried with Bear. Communication was excellent throughout and staff were always polite and professional. Special thanks goes to Rob, Ricky and Helen. I would also like to mention and thank Adam who did most of the viewings and always went above and beyond. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Bear have been absolutely incredible from start to finish. We had a painfully long house sale that lasted 9 months and have just recently completed. Leigh-Anne could not have been more helpful during this process, doing everything physically possible to get this sale through and even working on her days off to help. She answered the phone every time we called and would never not call us back if we missed each other. Everyone at bear has a great attitude and wants to help. What a fantastic company and what great people were in all the different departments we came across. From the first meeting with Tony and the team at Bear, they listened to us. They were always on time for viewings, we felt they were frank, honest and very supportive all the way through the process. They answered any problems or queries immediately with useful, and we felt the correct feedback.We make a special mention for Marcos Lopez-Stacy who went above and beyond and worked relentlessly to help us sell our house when things got difficult in a very professional manner. we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Bear Estate agents sold my house as soon as it went on the market with them. It had been on for 5 months with a previous agent with whom there was little response. Bear took new photos, used Drone footage and took the time to build the relationship needed between seller and agency to find me a buyer. They worked tirelessly throughout the procedure, dealing with the usual 'hiccups' of the chain along the way. They kept me up to date on a regular basis and were professional and friendly at all times. I felt I could ring them at any time with any questions and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend this team in Hockley to anyone proposing to put their property on the market!

This estate agent took all the stress out of selling my home by, taking most of the viewing’s while I was at work, updating me every step of the way with feedback from clients, 100% professional staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble from selling to progression once sold. I would certainly recommend them to anyone!

Bear at basildon have gone way above expectations in the purchase of my property. Especially Leigh-ann, a super star so helpful, really went out of her way to help me when my solicitor let me down, supplying information updating me when they didn't. Zoe and the Bear team were great, very responsive and very helpful. Zoe was great at updating me and when I advised her on the importance of my completion being a certain time she was making sure we got there and advising me on what to do! Don't use anyone else! I have had some awful experiences in the past, but Bear was a dream to work with. From the initial quote service through to booking viewings and aftercare, communication was always there, always approachable and they did such a stellar job.
