Bear at basildon have gone way above expectations in the purchase of my property. Especially Leigh-ann, a super star so helpful, really went out of her way to help me when my solicitor let me down, supplying information updating me when they didn't. A big thank you to the whole team, nice people would absolutely recommend them.

I still haven't completed my purchase No response to telephone calls and emails for days No work completed on my case for 3 weeks at a time, told SHORT STAFFED Advised things sent when they havnt been LIED to regarding waiting for information to be sent when been sitting on it but not got round to reviewing and dealing with it Tried to apply additional charges for work that should be undertaken as part of the service they should supply Completely inefficient and deceitful no trust for this company whatsoever No response to official complaint, probably still sitting in the inbox I finally completed on my purchase 6 months after starting process The service didn't get any better, I had to continue to rely on others for information or do it myself I received my final statement after 11 on the day of completion leaving no time to transfer funds, luckily I knew they would mess up so took precautions Despite this they all went to lunch together so could not complete until 4 pm on the day leaving me sitting in the cold for over 2 hours I made 3 official complaints and still havnt received a written confirmation of any of them. It seems no one in this company actually gives a dam WORST SOLICITORS I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS SERVICE ABISMAL
