In a nutshell shell we had run into some personal problems on a health matter. We were very worried that we needed to move early to be closer to the family. I approached Chloe initially and she had to involve Natalia (Both from the Bittern Branch) as it was not straight forward. Between them they sorted everything out within hours of being told the problem. They managed to negotiate an early release date and generated lots of interest, viewings and offers for the property meaning all the landlord had to do is accept an offer to not be out of pocket. They are both very friendly and extremely professional and I would definitely recommend Beals directly due to how they represented the business and seamlessly conduct day to day business.

We had to end our contract with our landlord early due to health problems and personal reasons, Chloe and Natalia at the Bitterne Branch went above and beyond, and sorted everything with the landlord so we could be released early. They have also looked after the landlord, to fill the property so he his not at a loss, very professional.
