RATE getthelabel.com instead here, nobody cares about bbc anymore but they will care about existing website.

I too have found myself in a similar situation those posting recent reviews. Was provided with a returns address, sent the items back via special delivery, followed that up with several emails asking for confirmation of the return and refund, all of which have been met with no response. It is a shame that Frasers Group acquired and then tarnished the name of what I believed to be one of the best and most reasonably priced designer clothing sites in the UK.

I’m still yet to receive any response or refund after numerous emails sent. I believe they have closed down their website and I will have to go through my bank to try and claim my money back. Absolutely useless company.
What a nightmare ordered online sent parcel out for delivery with DPD guve you text stating parcel being delivered on a date time never arrived got rescheduled with brown bag clothing and even that day no delivery worst company ever
Everyone needs to calm down Orders take around a week to come there was not a confirmation email but just have some patience. Authentic items arrived on time for me and the reason it’s directing you to a different website is because they bloody closed down. Hence the closing down SALE!!!
Want to return an expensive item with the 14 day return policy, emailed customer service and have received a bounce back email, has this company ceased trading? What an absolute joke!! Will be contacting my bank and be pursuing legal action to obtain my funds.
Tbh when it was good it was good, got a load of Boss and Tommy H stuff, but then suddenly website re-directed to get the label ot Flannels brownbag and woodhouse both part of clothingsite. Then no response to calls and now emails bounce back, i have 4 big bags to return with no invoices sent ot return labels, also some things were missing, nowt i can do about it, only saving grace could be that i purchased through Paypal so hopefuly some protection

I orderded some tops in the sale on 7/3/23, but no email confirmation, and not even a reply to the numerous messages ive sent. Awful!.. i will be asking for a refund and reporting to trading standards by the end of the day, if no reply.

Well I echo what people are saying got an email on the 7th placed an order but didn't get a email confirmation I contacted the email address and got a reply yesterday saying they got my order. Today I got another email stating my order had been dispatched with 3 diesel sweatshirts missing tried to contact support but the site is now closed down and you are lead to another site. Complete robbers ,taking orders until the site was shut knowing they are just taking our money

I've shopped with this company for a few years and its always been hit and miss with returns and inaccurate information, but mostly good discount on decent designer brands... I've ordered on thier closing down sale and I think they will send you whatever they have got left in stock, because the size I ask for wasn't the size they sent and then they had the cheek to put their own tag on it as if I wouldn't notice it was massively too big!!! I've emailed them and waiting a reply, so you may be disappointed with what you received and like some other reviews I've rey they try to charge you to return it!!!!
