Stephanie at East Kilbride was excellent , she was patient and very knowledgeable on the holiday we were looking at . I will definitely be using Stephanie again , I trust her to find use whatever are looking for as she really listens to what makes a holiday for us

Paul at Barrhead travel Kilmarnock provided a great service for us, he was friendly from the moment we walked through the door. We had limited availability on dates for when we could travel, and had criteria for where we wanted to travel too. Paul went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and informed through the whole booking process. There were no pushy sales, only to find us the best value for the best holiday for us. We don’t normally use a travel agent but we wanted a hassle free holiday with protection in mind and we feel like we got great value for money from this store. I think feeling understood and on the same page as the person who is booking a travel for you it’s important, as you want to have the best expirence possible, and I feel like we got this from Barrhead Travel Kilmarnock and from Paul.

Appointment as requested, choice and variety of holidays available on arrival. Good advice very quickly had a holiday booked. Really impressed. Impressed with service.

I popped in to the Liscard branch earlier today to look at options for two holidays, and left not long after with the exact two holidays I was after! Jo S was amazing, really listened to what it was I wanted from each holiday, found the perfect choices, recommended changes that made absolute sense, and booked them all there and then. There was an issue with Jet2 and a discount code, but Jo jumped on the phone and got that sorted out quickly and professionally. Highly recommend the Liscard branch, especially Jo, and will be going back to them again for our 2026 adventures!

Agent was pleasant enough. We got a quote from them for our holiday which I dealt with. However, when my husband phoned to pay the dates had been changed and we were charged £400 more - unfortunately my husband had thought I had discussed this with the agent and went ahead with the booking. I understand that prices can change however on checking the website the price was still at the lower price. I emailed the agent about this but was told there was nothing they could do about this.
