I dealt with Robbie from the Saltcoats branch, what started as an enquiry lead to a secure booking of our family holiday, he was very responsive with messages, polite and helpful he gave good information regarding the resort we chose. We are looking forward to our family holiday very much roll on Oct and thank you so much to Robbie for helping us book our holiday! And I would 100% book with Barrhead Travel again

Would definitely use this travel agent again. I used the Wallasey branch Chloe was extremely knowledgeable about our destination, she gave a variety of options for accommodation and was really helpful and easy to deal with.

Shopping at the fort shopping centre it was a spur of the moment and decided to look at holidays we new where we wanted to go the girl in the travel agent’s was great & we had the holiday booked in minutes great service

Original paperwork sent to us showed far better cabin than we apparently have been allocated and when we queried it we got all sorts of variations as to why this happened. Seems as if we were sold one thing and then given another. Apparently cabin 309 is a mistype for cabin 320!!! Not impressed at all.
