I bought myself a really lovely Chanel wallet on a chain and also a Louis Vuitton purse. What can I say? They were absolutely beautiful. With this being my first pre loved handbag I was quite apprehensive about purchasing anything other than direct from a store and I have just been to collect my new vintage speedy 40 bag and am in shock with how beautiful this bag is ! Ana sourced a specific bag I was after and remembered me when she got hold of it. It was hard for me get it from a boutique directly, let alone a trust worthy seller - but I really wanted it. I can confidently say it’s rare to find a seller who directly answers your questions/doubts etc. Usually you just see a company selling it and hope for the best via the details on the site, which is something I wasn’t comfortable with especially being so new to preloved. I’m extremely wary of legitimacy. I was still quite nervous, but Ana answered everything I wanted to know and to top it off, got me the 3rd party, objective authentication and certificate with my purchase for a peace of mind. This is something you can also go on the authenticators website and double check their records directly. I can safely say that while I am usually someone who buys directly from brands, Ana is the only person I would ever use and recommend to anyone on the lookout for a hard to find bag, vintage bag or simply a preloved bag for price point reasons. Especially, if you are looking for a personalised service.

How business’s should work! I recently purchased 2 of the handbag hangers for my wife and a friend for an upcoming holiday. On placing the order I realised that the standard delivery time would have been too late for them to arrive before we went away (schoolboy error on my behalf). I reached out to Bagchase via their contact page and asked if they were able to ship the items sooner even if it cost me a little extra. The reply was not only swift, but it was personal, extremely helpful, polite, and vey professional. Not only did the owner answer the query whilst being away for the weekend, but she immediately promised that they would be despatched the next working day and that they would arrive in good time at no extra cost. They arrived 3 days before we go away, very well packaged and with a hand written note from Ana, the owner….perfect! It has been a real pleasure dealing with Bagchase and Ana and, I cannot recommend them as a business enough. The bag hangers themselves are well made and probably under their true price point in my opinion, so buy them for the women in your life, they’ll love them.

Great service, Ana was able to find exactly what I was looking for within my budget and it was in immaculate condition for a very competitive price! It being a vintage piece, it didn’t have the original dustbag but came with a bag chase one which is very good quality as well as a handbag hanger hook which were a really nice touch! Also had the extra of a bag liner and accessory strap which are great quality and definitely worth the price. My item arrived quickly and well packaged, I will definitely use again. A trusted seller who I’ve used several times in the past and have always been happy.
