Personalised, reliable and authenticated objectively - highly recommended
Ana sourced a specific bag I was after and remembered me when she got hold of it. It was hard for me get it from a boutique directly, let alone a trust worthy seller - but I really wanted it. I can confidently say it’s rare to find a seller who directly answers your questions/doubts etc. Usually you just see a company selling it and hope for the best via the details on the site, which is something I wasn’t comfortable with especially being so new to preloved. I can safely say that while I am usually someone who buys directly from brands, Ana is the only person I would ever use and recommend to anyone on the lookout for a hard to find bag, vintage bag or simply a preloved bag for price point reasons. Especially, if you are looking for a personalised service.
