For a month, you had most of my money in your hands and made a profit. Now you say the package is being returned and you didn't get my money either, and I have to sue you.

The daily replaced coupons are a scam. They are not replaced at all. I gave up and quit ALI EXPRESS. ALI EXPRESS IS A SCAM. If you are reading this, I presume you've had issues. Non delivery. No refund. No coupons. Poor communication ( copy and paste responses). Waiting months to be refunded ( if you do get refunded). Repetitive lies. The list goes on. It's ALI EXPRESS THATS WHY THE REVIEW SCORE IS 2.2 AND DROPPING. I review this company daily giving it a score of one star,(unfortunately I can't give Ali Express a score of zero). This company won't address it's customers issues, so I ask you to review it negatively on a daily basis. Your reviews are being read by the general public. This will force ALI EXPRESS to either close or become a more reliable platform to buy on. FOR ALL ITS CUSTOMERS The coupons they advertise as being restocked daily is nothing more than a lie. I was asked for money so that my account could be closed and deleted. A representative asked me to acknowledge receipt of an undelivered item. So that my money would be passed on even though I received nothing. I am, and continue to be held to ransom, I am still requesting to delete my Ali Express account. Without success. Yes this is EXTORTION I don't want to receive anything from this company. Nothing gets delivered anyway, and if I'm lucky I MAYBE refunded in eight months time. Depending on how the higher team feel. As a result, buyers can easily end up losing money, even when the supplier is clearly at fault. ✅ My Advice to All Buyers: • Do not rely solely on Alibaba Trade Assurance. • Use PayPal or another secure payment system where you can dispute and recover your money. • Be extremely cautious before paying any supplier directly. • Always request proof, samples, and proper documentation. Never make Payment by TT . If you did means u will never get money back . Your money is safer when you use a platform that truly protects the buyer, not just the supplier.

The supplier was super easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to questions. The product was shipped out within days of the paid order. And the product came in and matched the description on the website exactly.

Product quality is fine but the jewlery was NOT worth the price, especially with the unexpected tariff charges. The company did not communicate the import charges and was not honest. I did not know about the additional $20 USD import charges that I got hit with 15 days after delivery. All charges and fees should be up front.

Fantastic product at a great price, and it was shipped quickly. All around great transaction.

I received emails and in the app aswell delivery completed. But the order hasn’t arrived yet . Trying to speak with the supplier and saying to me just wait calmly until the delivery comes and ignore the emails and the app what’s they saying. Who to believe they don’t accept to do refund

I received the order according to the specified deadline. The pump came out great. The pump corresponds to the description. My car works. Time will tell how high-quality this spare part is. The sensor on the pump is unmarked. The seller always answered my questions. The transaction was successful.
