Didn't get what I wanted but I got a refund and the customer service was completely fine so I am ok with this company for now.

B2B Capricorn sold us an email marketing List to generate leads through our email marketing campaigns. They successfully helped us build a list that fit our market segmentation. Then delivered us a mid-quality list for our email campaign.

Every Email bounced back !!

AVOID this company. I bought a data list from "Eric Smith" at the company end of last year and they were very responsive before the sale but once the order was placed I have not been able to get hold of them! I had some very important GDPR questions and they are completely ignoring me, so worryingly we don't want to use the data. Do not waste your money.

Don't do it, this company is not legit. Very responsive at first and then once you pay you have to constantly ask where the list is, finally delivered after over 3 weeks and the list is absolutely worthless. I was told twice I would get a refund and they do nothing but lie. They use fake names such as "Eric Smith", "Christina Walker", "Craig Parker". They are frauds and you will be wasting your money

We bought a list of data from them and it has a 75% bounce/ failure rate. B2B wouldn't stop hounding me when it came time for me to make the actual purchase. Once I purchased the data, they went completely silent. I have emailed and called multiple numbers and email addresses - no one will respond period. The data is useless - this company has committed fraud. It's a complete sham!

Stay away!! We purchased a contact list of radiologists for market research purposes. Before purchasing we were promised a 90% accuracy and 1-to-1 replacement. Once we got the list we realized it contained a lot of errors, only some of which were corrected by the provider. Using the list we got a 40% bounce rate, even though it was promised that the contacts were 100% verified and opted to receive communications from third parties. The list turned out to be completeley useless, wasted our time and cost us a lot of money. B2B Capricorn responds quickly when you are about to buy something. Once you have a problem with it, you realize that the customer service is extremely bad. You cannot reach them by phone. After tons of emails they said they would refund us but they never did. Countless emails from our side didn't help. Stay away from this company. It's a fraud.
