Avery's achieved a sale with the first viewing. However we were in quite a long chain which took several months to get to completion, including a buyer further down the chain pulling out. Daren and the team kept us and our solicitors informed at all times and guided the transaction towards a successful completion.

From start to finish, the whole process of selling our house, was seamless. Avery could not do enough, not just for us, but also our buyer, and also liaising for us with our respective solicitor's, which helped speed up the process, and to shield us from any stress, normally associated with selling/buying a home. The marketing of our property was superb. Our property was sold and completed within SIX weeks. The knowledge and experience demonstrated, by the owners and staff with Avery's, was outstanding. We definitely recommend them to any prospective buyers/seller, and we wouldn't hesitate to use Avery's again! Such lovely people, so generous with their time.

Buying and selling property is a very stressful and daunting experience, but both Daren Podbury and his assistant Max Burton from Avery have been helpful, extremely supportive and guiding me along every step of the way to sell my property. They have always had such a positive attitude towards helping to sell my property and Daren even arranged to have a replacement lock fitted for me whilst I was away.
