DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL PUT A HARD DING ON YOUR CREDITAND THEN YOU WONT EVEN FROM A SINGLE PERSON. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
The most egregious thing they did was start the process of putting the new lender as the lien holder for my vehicle with my insurance company and the DMV, without me having signed ANY loan paperwork. As part of the process, I did sign a limited power of attorney specifically for this, so once the loan terms were agreed upon and I signed the loan documents, they could easily make those changes. That said, I haven't even seen any of the loan documents, let alone signed ANYTHING. What they are doing is flat-out illegal. When I got the alert that this had been changed on my insurance policy, I immediately contacted the loan specialist I have been working with, and surprise, surprise, I haven't heard back from her. The second issue I had was basically a bait & switch. I had a pre-approval offer of an interest rate that was over 3% lower than my current rate. My goal was to refinance my car for a lower rate and lower payment. The interest rate they came back with wasn't even 1% lower than what I already have, so to get the lower payment, they extended the term of my loan by 10 months. And good luck getting a hold of their escalation department, you can't even leave a message. Thankfully, I have not signed any loan agreements as this company is SHADY AF. I wish I had read these reviews before I started the refi process. I trusted that CreditKarma would vet their partners beforehand, sadly, I guess if you pay enough to be listed on their site, they don't care.

Utter incompetence should be the slogan of this company! They will charge you for the errors they make. After telling everyone involved in the financing of my car that all charges should go to my business account, the incompetent numpties at this organisation attempted to charge my personal account. After getting the notification of this I email them early Friday morning and called them at 8:30am to ask what they are doing! After speaking to someone who I thought had half a brain to fix the issue and ensure they had the corrct details, come Saturday morning no money had been taken out. After calling them at 9am I spoke to another halfwit who said they will charge me Monday. I then get a confirmation text which included they would be charging me a dishonour fee. Really? Your bloody error not mine! Called back and got another halfwit who said they would disregard the dishonour fee and would confirm via email and text. Obviously, I never received this. 1hr later I get a generic halfwit email from Collections saying to pay via debit etc etc etc. Thinking, if you want things done properly, do it yourself! This incompetent halfwit company then adds a $6.04 surcharge to it. I have advised them to refund this charge or deduct it from next month's payment. If not, I will dump the car back at the dealership and be rid of the halfwits at this company. Steer clear of this company. It is literally an online Cash Converters type company. Update: Got an email from another halfwit saying it was the bank that charged me the surcharge...no no...not the bank honey! Incompetent and deceptive conduct from this company. Will report them to the ACCC the toothless tiger and Fair Trading NSW. Heaven help the CS person who gets me tomorrow.

Overall a great company. Cut my interest in half and also lowered my payment. Sign up is quite a pain with having to mail this and that and get picture of things needed, but it's worth it
