Really enjoyed the stay there looking forward to booking again next year

We have stayed with Auntie Belham's Cabins for over 10 years for our visits to TN. Check-in is easy, fast, and friendly. The online reservation was a bit tedious this time, however, any questions were answered with a phone call to the office and addressed quickly.

Tranquil moments, lots of relaxing! Very easy check in, ladies were so nice and helpful. We stayed in Tranquil Moments at the very top top of a mountain. We LOVED it! Over the years we’ve developed a check list of what we want in a cabin and finally found the perfect one! Flat parking area in front of cabin. Yes! NO wrap around porch so a bear or animal can’t comecaround the corner while we are sitting in a hot tub relaxing. One level with 2 bedrooms with king beds each room. Hot tub on back deck. less than 8 steps from driveway up to cabin. Fireplace and roomy furniture, prefer leather and not tweedy fabric. ( we compromised with this one!) General information others might want to know- This cabin is not elaborately decorated but is very comfortable. Lots of towels, but only one kitchen towel? Needs a few more lamps in leiu of glaring overhead ceiling lighting. No soaps or shampoo provided, no hair dryer. There ARE bears around this cabin. We had a mother and her three cubs walk right across the road not 15 feet from the front of our car as we turned up the road, turning onto the drive to the cabin. Beds were very comfortable, all TVs worked fine as did the hot tub. Kitchen needs more pots and pans, especially larger for cooking pasta AND sauce or chili. Wonderful shopping, beautiful drive in mountains. We WILL return!

Our cabin was very clean and when checking in everyone was very nice. We loved our stay and enjoyed the hot tube and pool table. Thank you for a great stay. 👍👍

When we made it to the office to check in the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Then as soon as we arrived at the cabin it felt like home. Auntie Belham's goes over and beyond to make sure your overall impression of Gatlinburg is nothing short of amazing. The cabin was very clean and just had that cozy feel right away once you walk in the door. It was very hard to leave such a nice cabin with a wonderful view and we will only use Auntie Belham's from this point on.

We had such a nice stay in the smokey mountains. Auntie Belhams had a problem with the cabin we rented online. They gave us 3 other options to choose from that were similar to what we chose. They went above and beyond to accommodate the inconvenience. We had a great time and can't wait to return!

The cabin was terrific. The folks at the Auntie Belham were very courteous, kind, and informative. My only thing is maybe a more liberal cancellation policy or maybe a cheaper guarantee fee.

Auntie Bellhams is very prompt and professional! We had a couple of minor issues that they took care of quite quickly. We loved our cabin Big Bear Lodge. It had plenty of space and breath taking views. It was a bonus that it had a garage. I only wish that there was an easier way to access the garage door when returning to the cabin (ie door clicker). We appreciated the cleanliness of the cabin and the friendliness of the staff at the main office 😁

We had a wonderful weekend and only one small issue with the television/blue tooth/theater room. We contacted the help desk and a solution was provided quickly and efficiently. We would definitely use this company again.

We had a great time here and plan on returning some day. We celebrated our mother’s 88th birthday as well as 3 others while we were there. Close to lots of great things to do and places to eat.

Had a great time in the smokies and Auntie Belhams Cabin Rentals made it even greater and I will always use them great service and great cabins.

Hidden Treasures is everything we've ever wanted in a cabin! Last year, we stayed across the street and my husband kept talking about how perfect that cabin was. This year, when I booked a cabin, I had no idea I had booked this one until we pulled in the driveway! My husband said we'll never stay anywhere else :) The cabin is the perfect size. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms (we stayed here with our 4 year old and my parents as well). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and a grill outside. The view from the hot tub is majestic!

Everything was just as advertised on there web page....What I liked best is anytime I needed to call the office someone always answered and was always helpful...I would stay with them again and would definitely tell a friend about them....Our cabin was so clean and the view was beautiful...
