Excellent experience in every way. Check in was friendly, quick and efficient. Granddaughter left her head bands in lobby and was distraught. They tracked us down to let us know they had them. Location of unit, condition, cleanliness, was excellent. Great amenities. Fulfilled our large groups needs and more. Will diffently use this rental company and the same unit again. Thanks for a wonderfull time.

The cabin was great. No issues while we were there. Only thing that I was not comfortable with was having to pay the whole thing up front before we got there.
We have been renting from Auntie Belhams for 15+ years. Only had 1 problem in all that time and they took care of us right away. Houses are clean and pictures online are accurate. We have rented both small and large houses and have been happy with prices and staff each time. Highly recommend them to all who vacation in the area.

We stayed in Tranquil Moments during May. We loved the cabin with 2 king bed suites. Easy to find and very peaceful. We love Auntie Belhams!!

I loved our stay at Autumn Leaves Cabin, it was quiet plus had all amenities we looked for perfect for our family of 4. The only thing I can think that would be nice is to have an extra trash area thats locked for longer stay cause the one did not have enough room & the other was located on the porch with no lock so critters get into. Also, extra toilet paper rolls would be good in the cabin we had to buy a few for the stay otherwise it was perfect!very friendly staff as well! Also, cannot forget very clean!

Cabin was absolutely fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. It was convenient to any of the attractions in the area and had access to restaurants and grocery stores. The only drawback for us was the mountain roads leading to the cabin. We are from Florida and are not used to the roads up there. We made sure that we were back to the cabin before it got dark.
My cabin was beautiful and the view was amazing. We only cut our visit short because of the passing of my mother in law. My wife and I would love another opportunity to see other sites that we missed.
The staff are friendly and accommodating. Check in and out was fast and stress free. Our cabin was awesome! Highly recommend Auntie Belhams Cabins!
